In this role, you’ll have the chance to lead a team at the cutting edge of renewable energy, power studies, and substation engineering, collaborating with some of the nation’s top renewable developers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the PV & BESS, Power Studies, and Substation teams, ensuring operational excellence and project success.
- Oversee complex engineering projects from concept to completion, maintaining high-quality standards, efficiency, and compliance.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for business growth.
- Drive departmental financial performance, managing budgets, resource allocation, and revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, including PV, BESS, Power Studies, or Substations.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of 10+ professionals.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team and client success.
