Retained partnerships

Many of our key clients opt for a retained partnership, as it secures our services and guarantees you the delivery needed to find the right talent in the market and fill your requirements. Clients working with b19 on a retained basis will receive the first right of refusal for all the candidates sourced, and we find this highly beneficial to them in a skill-short market. Generally, our retainers are structured as followed.

- 1/3 of the invoice to start the search
- 1/3 of the invoice due upon presentation of shortlist
- 1/3 of the invoice due upon project completion

Contingent partnerships

For a flexible solution, b19 also offers contingent partnerships. We understand that clients may sometimes feel the need to assess our services before committing to an upfront invoice. No problem, we are confident in our ability to source the right talent and will be excited to start working on requisitions to build trust and move the relationships forward.
