A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong technical background and leadership capabilities to oversee complex infrastructure and utility projects.

- Proficiency in engineering and design, proposal development, cost estimating, project scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (highly preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of diversified engineering and project management experience.
- At least 8 years in a leadership or supervisory role overseeing planning, design, and construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate under the direction of senior leadership to align program execution with the company’s strategic goals.
- Support business unit operations through goal setting, resource planning, proposal oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Lead client development efforts and contribute to long-term business growth strategies.
- Provide oversight of Project Managers and technical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Manage staffing needs, recruitment efforts, and professional development to support program objectives.
- Monitor project financials and performance, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability targets.
- Implement and maintain internal systems for planning, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and financial health.
- Represent the firm in client negotiations, industry meetings, and contract discussions.
- Foster a high-performing organizational structure with clear roles, responsibilities, and succession planning.
- Support recruitment, mentorship, and development of project teams and technical staff.
